Grilled Asparagus

I made this as a side dish to go along with the Spicy Chicken Thighs with Abrol Chile Salsa and Peaches. It was easy to make and turned out tasty.

Grilled Asparagus
from Me

1/2 lb asparagus
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Rinse asparagus and then cut off ends.
Add everything in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix thoroughly and let marinade for 10-15 minutes before grilling.
Add to hot grill and cook for 10 minutes, flipping after 5 minutes.

    Grilling asparagus is one of my favorite ways to cool them.... it seem enhance their natural sweetness and intensifies the flavour.
