I put this together last night and it turned out very good. I just took two pork chops seasoned them with salt and pepper and poultry seasoning then coated them in some white truffle oil. I had bought some baby cucumbers and sliced them very thin and put them on the porkchops then I wrapped the pork chops in two slices of proscuitto. I browned them on the stove with a little more truffle oil and some diced onions. I then baked them in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. They turned out juicy and very flavorful. I served it with brown rice and asparagus. Yum!!!!
